This Open National Tender is addressed to companies specializing in general building works (ETB) and/or waterproofing, possessing relevant references in the field. These references must be substantiated by certificates of satisfactory execution or final acceptance reports, duly issued, signed, and bearing a legible official stamp from the respective clients.
